Started in 2007, PETIT BY SOFIE SCHNOOR was created by Sofie Schnoor as a reaction and alternative to modern branded childrens clothes that feature large logos and overly-modern styling. To Sofie Schnoor, it was more important to see the child than to be blinded by their outfit and so she set about to design a ollection with more muted colours and prints. The result was a selection of classic childrens clothes that would add refined options to any modern day wardrobe.
Inspired by the classics features of 1920s childrens clothes, the soft colours and clean cuts combine with the premium quality on which Sofie Schnoor has built her name for a collection of supremely subtle style.



Sometimes it is the simple and unobtrusive that achieves that most desirable look and this is what attracted us to add the Sofie Schnoor collection to Nordic Kids. The outfits may not immediately shout out their credentials but when a garment has this much elegance that isnt required! Very much a family company, Sofie Schnoor remains to this day a labour of love for the designer which explains why over two hundred carefully selection boutiques world wide now offer the range.
